Why Does This Teacher Make You Smile? Even though, this teacher does not make me smile all the time, but I really appreciate all the time and work he puts into our class. This Class may be a challenge for him, but he tries to manage it. From what I saw from the beginning of the class and now. There is a major difference there were more students participating and more students were engaging with one another. I believe that my english skills increased a tremendous amount. Although it’s not great I at least improved.

She makes me smile because she is an extremely friendly and sweet teacher, she’s easy to relate to and is an astounding, stupendous, wonderful, spectacular educator. Out of all of my teachers, she is my favorite. Her method of teaching is refreshing and commendable. She has many incredible qualities and is very easy to communicate with. This teacher makes me smile because I genuinely feel like she enjoys us in her class. I do like all my teachers but, there’s just something so nice and reassuring about Ms. De La Fuente, I feel safe in her classroom and also her very nice and easy-going personality makes all the kids in the class get along with each other and creates this really warming and effective environment. To be honest in the beginning of the school year I thought she was like those wannabe Gen Z teachers because, I remember she showed us a slideshow with some memes and I already preparing myself but, I soon realized that she was just such a good teacher that cares about us and, I feel like if I ever needed anything or had to talk about anything I could talk about it with her without any worries.
She’s funny and bonds with all of her classes.

This teacher makes me smile because she always makes jokes and always has fun when/while teacher. I appreciate how this teacher takes the time to make the learning environment fun and the class enjoyable.
She knows what it’s like to still be a kid. She isn’t like one of those teachers who put up a video or gives a book to read and answer question from it. She actually gets involved with our learning and she doesn’t make it boring like normal English teachers.
She is a really fun teacher who makes the class fun and talks to the table I’m in a lot, in fact, she likes to socialize with the class sometimes, and she always wears something really cool or nice looking that gives her more of a student look than a teacher, and I like that type of change.
She is always making jokes and making us laugh. The way she teaches the content is fun and she makes learning fun. She is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had.
This teacher makes me smile because she really knows how to lighten the mood during class when there seems to be a problem. She knows how to make us students laugh with her jokes.
She is someone I can talk to everyday, and I can tell her my problems. She helps me come to a solution and helps me when I am struggling. She makes learning enjoyable and connects with the students with ease.

Teacher: Michelle Day, Doral Academy Pebble Campus
Why Does This Teacher Make You Smile?
Michelle is by far the best teacher we have on our campus. She is the perfect mix of firm. fair, and fun, which makes the students love and respect her.
I met Michelle 4 years ago. When she teaches math, she ensures all students understand and explains concepts in a way that allow students to grasp them. Her style of teaching provides students with ample opportunities to participate, ask questions, and circle back to explain their understanding. Her state test scores continually go up, which proves that even though standardized testing can have a reputation of one size fits all, Michelle teaches all her students, both general education and special education, how to prepare and be successful on exams.
I am honored to work alongside her and learn from her on a daily basis.

Mrs. Dixon was like a Knight in shining armor. She knows exactly how to get Leam out of his funk if needed and he has progressed so much from where he started. Not only speech vise but social, behavioral and overall. We need more teachers like Mrs.Dixon. She goes above and beyond for her kiddos to make sure they are learning and striving. Leam has never come home and said he had a bad day. That’s how it should be. He should love school as much as she enjoys teaching her kiddos.
