Summer Move Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The Summer Move Giveaway official rules and regulations are stated below. By entering the Summer Move Giveaway contest, each person(s) entered, and winner(s) chosen will agree to abide by these official rules and regulations, including all eligibility requirements, deadlines, costs associated and understands that the results, as decided by Move 4 Less, are final. The Summer Move Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law One entry per person/household.

Move 4 Less company owners are personally paying for moving services for three families this summer. One winner will be chosen at the beginning of each month for moves in June 2021, July 2021 and August 2021. Entries for June 2021 moves will close May 25, 2021. Entries for July 2021 moves will close June 25, 2021. Entries for August 2021 moves will close July 25, 2021.

Winners will be chosen randomly. Winners will be announced via social media channels and winner will be contacted via phone or email. If the chosen winner does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted by a Move 4 Less representative, Move 4 Less will randomly choose another winner for that month. This process will continue until a winner responds. No notifications will be sent to persons entered unless they are a chosen winner.

NOTE: Our giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or monitored by Facebook, Instagram, or Google. All questions, comments, or complaints about the contest should be directed to Move 4 Less via private message or to [email protected] and NOT to Facebook, Instagram, Google, or other outlets, websites, or forums where information about the contest may be broadcast, published or housed.

ELIGIBILITY: The Summer Move Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America, residing and moving within Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and/or Henderson, Nevada. All persons entered must be at least eighteen years old (18). The persons entered must have a valid email account, phone number and must fill out all necessary fields of information on the entry form to be officially entered in the Summer Move Giveaway. Failure to include accurate information on the entry form will disqualify the persons entered immediately. Move 4 Less reserves the right to verify and review the eligibility of each persons entered.

ENTRY DATES and DEADLINES: One winner will be chosen at the beginning of each month for moves in June, July and August 2021. Entries for June 2021 moves will close May 25, 2021. Entries for July 2021 moves will close June 25, 2021. Entries for August 2021 moves will close July 25, 2021.

HOW TO ENTER:
All eligible persons can submit their entry on the Move 4 Less website at https://www.move4lessnevada.com/summer-move-giveaway. All eligible persons must complete the information required for each field on the entry form.

WINNER SELECTION:
All eligible entries received will be put into a random name/winner selector. This will generate the winners for each month of the contest.

MEDIA CONSENT: By virtue of participation, winners agree to have their name and likeness used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation. By virtue of your selection, you agree to have a Move 4 Less representative take a picture of you on moving day and/or provide a picture of you on moving day.

MARKETING CONSENT: By submitting an entry form for the Summer Move Giveaway, the entered persons agree to receive email communications about the Summer Move Giveaway.
By choosing “Yes”, under the “Stay In Touch” section, the entered persons agree, to move4lessnevada.com keeping them informed with community / Move 4 Less news, offers, and promotions it believes would interest the persons entered by email.

COSTS: Terms and conditions may apply. All winners are responsible for their own incidental costs and expenses associated federal, state, and local taxes, where applicable, related to their move. The company owners of Move 4 Less will pay for the winners moves up to $1,500.00 per each winner move. Any move cost above and beyond will be the responsibly of each winner chosen.

OTHER LIMITATIONS: The complimentary move gifted to each winner is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent is allowed. Any mistakes including, but not limited to the following, such as errors in printing or posting of these Official Rules and Regulations, the selection and announcement of any and all persons entered and winners randomly chosen, or the distribution of any gift are purely coincidental. Move 4 Less is not responsible for such errors. Any attempt by a Facebook, Instagram, or Google follower or other individuals outside of Move 4 Less to damage the content or operation of the program is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Move 4 Less. Move 4 Less reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or update the giveaway without notice and for any reason deemed appropriate by the Move 4 Less management team.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By submitting an entry, all persons entered and randomly selected winners, will agree to the terms and conditions outlined in these Official Rules and Regulations. Move 4 Less is not liable or responsible for any injuries that may occur, damage to items connected with the giveaway, and any other unforeseen entanglements or hardships. All persons entered and randomly selected winners shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Move 4 Less and its members, agents, employees, vendors, and contracted agents from and against any and all actual or alleged loss, expense, damage, claim, demand, judgment, fine, charge, lien, liability, action, cause of action or proceedings of any kind whatsoever, including, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, attorneys’ fees, and related costs (whether arising on account of damage to or loss of property, or personal injury, emotional distress, or death) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the performance or activities hereunder, whether the same arises before, during, or after completion of the randomly selected winners moves.

PUBLIC RELATIONS: By participating in the giveaway, all persons entered and randomly selected winners, may be included in internal and external communications for promotional purposes. The information provided on any entry form grants Move 4 Less permission to use all persons entered and randomly selected winners name(s), video, or comments for public relations, social media, and marketing purposes without payment or additional consideration, except if prohibited by law.
